Thank you for shopping with Centered Grounds. Below is how we process and ship orders.

Where we ship

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. For international orders or questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Many of our products are made or fulfilled by trusted partner suppliers, and fulfillment begins automatically once your order is placed.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the contiguous United States after your order is processed. Delivery times depend on the supplier and carrier, and exact carriers vary. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items and destination.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will email it to you so you can follow your package.

Lost, delayed, or incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help investigate with our supplier and carrier.
